SHIPPING POLICY

Mirthtee products are made to order and printed in the United States.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are normally produced within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after production. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed because carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses may affect transit time.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment has started. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order appears lost, arrives damaged, is misprinted, or is different from what you ordered, contact us through the Mirthtee Contact page. Include your order number and photos when applicable so we can investigate and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Availability, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, duties, taxes, and import fees for international destinations are shown at checkout when supported. Customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges unless checkout states otherwise.
